This was bought for a Halloween costume, but my kids (2 & 4) play with it daily. One side of the reins came slightly unattached but it still works fine. I have washed it once and it held up in the washer on delicate just fine.

the only thing i didn't like about this costume was that it ripped easily. its a good thing i know how to sew or my daughter would have been very sad.
she plays with it all the time. she acts like a cowboy and a princess and an Indian. it would be cool if it had sounds in the mouth to make horsey noises but my daughter is very good with the noises. :-)
