We needed a reasonably priced Napoleon style hat for a 5th grade Historical Timeline project which included dressing up as your subject. This was perfect---my son and I both got many compliments and also inquiries as to where we purchased it.
I thought the quality was much better than I expected. Also, as others noted it runs very small---thanks for those tips!--but luckily we needed it for a 10 year old. He is big for his age--so it fit fine--maybe a little too snug. I think it would probably be too small for most adults.
