I ordered the Forza bike trainer, with great trepidation. I had heard bike trainers were noisy, problems to put together, etc. This Forza trainer was and is fantastic. Resistance is excellent with changing gears. It was simple to put together and makes NO NOISE. All the other trainers I had reviewed complained about the noise level. There just isn't one on this trainer. It is not expensive, I received in 5 days and am totally impressed. Thank you!

I'm writing this review after 2 weeks of using this bike trainer. I purchased it along with the 8 dollar Sunlite Forza bike riser to keep the front tires straight and level with the raised rear, it's just a piece of plastic but it serves its purpose.
Color received was exactly as pictured, the cheerful white and yellow-orange color with SUNLITE lettering on the trainer frame. The bike trainer was easy to setup even with the generic manual. No tools needed. You basically unfold the frame (folds flat for storage), grab your bike and swap out the rear tire quick-release lever/rod with the silver one that is provided with the trainer (it fit over my bikes regular quick-release knobs, but I swapped it out anyways to test with the same result). If your rear tire doesn't have a quick-release lever there's a converter you can purchase separately. You then line up both sides of the bikes quick-release knobs with the trainers axle knobs and hand twist-tighten until secure. You do the same with a rear knob on the resistance roller, tightening it until it's snug against your tire. It took about 15 minutes to setup, and the bike felt very secure and was ready to ride. IMPORTANT: Knobby tires causes additional noise and vibration on all bike trainers. If you have a nice slick road tire this unit will be quiet. I have a mountain bike with knobby tires, so it is currently not quiet. It makes a constant whirrr whirrrr whirrrrr noise against the roller, you learn to tune out the noise after a while but it's enough to wake somebody up if they are within 50 feet. If you use a headset or watch t.v. while riding you'll block out the noise, if I had to compare the noise level to something I'd say a hand mixer on a low setting. If you want a quiet trainer grab a spare bike tire that is smooth. Giving this 5 stars because it was easy to setup and gives a great workout for winter fat. I won't deduct a star for noise since it can be corrected with a tire change. I would buy this stationary trainer again, and recommend it to other friends who are casual riders of 2-25 miles a day. If you are a hardcore biker that requires a more intense workout you might want to consider bike rollers instead where you also have to practice balance (and practice falling off a bike in your house). :)

The F2 MAG Trainer was simple to set up and works perfectly. I also purchased the small plastic piece that holds the front tire in place and raises the front to level with the back. Also works exactly as adverstised. Very happy with these two items that shipped together. Why oh why, though, was the Schwinn bike computer suggested in the three piece package? This computer is designed for the front wheel in actual riding and is pretty useless considering the front wheel never spins in this bike trainer application. The wiring is much too short to allow for a back wheel application and was never intended to be used this way. In fact, it is recommended that the sensor be no more than 1mm from the magnet that attaches to the spoke...probably easy enough accomplish on the front fork, but definately not on the frame that surrounds the back wheel of most bikes. Not only is this computer not appropriate, it ships separately...not a problem in and of itself, but Amazon offered priority shipping for "my order" for only about $9 more. I thought this was a pretty good deal until I came to realize that what I paid extra shipping for was this one useless bike computer. Buy the MAG Trainer...Buy the front wheel holder...Don't buy the Schwinn computer.

I am very happy with the F2 MAG Trainer by Forza. It is sturdy. It is quiet. I get enough resistance to mimic trail riding. The color delivered was not the color pictured.. mine came red and white. It looks good.

I just received the Forza trainer and I must say I'm rather pleased. I read a lot of reviews about a lot of different trainers before I decided on this one. It was very easy to set up and I was riding in about 10 minutes after removing it from the box. The longest part of the setup for me, was changing out the quick release on my rear tire with the one that comes with the trainer. I read where a few people mention that there was not enough resistance, however when I put my bike in it's lowest gear there was more than enough resistance. This trainer will allow me to get in shape for spring, since we have a lot of snow on the ground where I live.

A no frills mag. I would recommended only if your back tire has a quick release. I couldn't imagine using anything other then a road bike since the tread on a mountain bike would create tonnes of noise.
Great for the winter months for me as it makes me feel a lot less guilty about going to tacobell and having other crap food. I would deff recommended getting the riser block, however you are spending more then 10 dollars on a piece of plastic. Compared to other mags the quality seems to be good and its holding up well. I do not think this is overly loud

If you weigh anywhere close to 200lbs you probably won`t get enough resistance to stand up without holding yourself back. ( I weigh 220) You can work on faster cadence, but if you want the option to do both, get the Kurt Kinetic Road Machine with the extra flywheel weight. I sent the mag trainer back, went to a local bike shop and tried the Road Machine, which uses fluid resistance. I like it much better and it`s much sturdier as well. If you want a lot of resistance you`ll have to get a stationery bike, but a good one is expensive. All this being said, you can still work up a sweat on the mag trainer... but if you`re used to riding a real bike or a Spin bike you`ll probably want more.

Does everything it claims to do. It is sturdy and easy to set up. It comes with a quick release that fits the cradle. But, it is a bit loud so if you plan on watching tv while spinning I would recommend a speaker system if you have a flat screen. My Samsung with built in speakers was pretty much inaudible from about 4ft away until I got my speakers set up.

I have really enjoyed this product thus far..(2 days , 2 rides) It provides adequate resistance for my needs. I don't see myself ever exceeding its capacity and ability to give me a quality workout. However, if you are a strong, experienced rider you may want to look for something that provides more resistance. But if that is the case, you probably know what you're going to receive on a magnetic trainer and would probably go with a fluid trainer. That being said, this is a great entry level trainer and I recommend it to fellow riders.
