These are good for the very low price you pay. The image quality is decent for security, but not great. Dynamic range is a bit limited so they don't work really well in places that mix bright outdoor light and indoor lighting like a room with big windows and direct sun. Still, there's no better one that I've found at this price range with pan/tilt.

It just works! I've purchased several brands of cameras over the past couple years and all seemed to be a bit of a challenge to set up. This camera was a pleasant exception. The instructions and software (we use Macs) for set up and use could not have been easier.

I have already had to return one and now the second one I purchased is having issues. They do not lose power and the Ethernet port is working but the camera has lost network connectivity. Same issue the other camera had and returned a week ago.

The third one I had the night vision did not work out of the box, TECH support told me to touch it with a magnet to engage the night vision. It worked but once daytime hits it does not work again. They told me to request an RMA on this one also.
Out of 6 cameras three had issues so it’s a 50/50 shot. Keep you packing material DO NOT TOSS IT OUT so you can return this camera when it breaks.
