The tips are a little soft. I would prefer a firmer writing tip to the stylus. However, they do work well on my iPad. For the price on a pack of 4, it's a good deal.

I like these Stylus because they are neat and smooth. I tried them on my Samsung Smart Phone and they work just fine. I tried each one to make sure that they worked the same and they did...I ended up giving 2 away and each person said that they liked them and would purchase some in the future...

I bought this pens for my father's Blackberry notebook, he doesnt really like it. He says the end is too soft and you have to push a little hard to select things. I find it ok, you just have to get used to it. But what is definitely true is that the end ir really big, fat. Not like the Galaxy Note's pen that is really thin and you can select or draw more accurately.

My dad goes through styluses like one every two weeks because the rubber tipped ones are all prone to ripping, getting holes, etc. It's inevitable and I'm okay with that so I bought a bunch of cheap(less than three doll hairs) multipack (four to five) styluses from various brands to see which ones were worth replacing over and over.

This one happened to be my least favorite. I found it to be the most imprecise because the tip was too round and fat. The stylus was not able to accurately select small links, and more importantly for my dad- it made for bad gameplay on his galaxy s3(anipong). Also, I've used the same styluses across the iPad, iPhones, Droid Incredible, and Nook Tablet, and didn't find a difference in performance across those devices.

Texture-wise, I'd describe it as similar to the friction you feel rubbing a balloon. Also sometimes it squeaks like tennis shoes. In comparison the stylus tip I prefer for responsiveness is the very soft rubbery one(like a worn in rubber band feel) that looks more spongey.

In the end, it's not expensive, but my recommendation is do not buy.

"Item is what was advertised but its not as simple as using a pen or pencil type device to write on your iPad. The stylus has a rubber end which makes it difficult to slide across for writing and if you don't press hard enough it doesn't register that your doing anything. So it's not the using a pen on your iPad simple idea you think it is^^"

I ordered this product recently. It's advertised as a 4 pack. I got 1. The only Thing that kept me from giving them one star is the fact that I do like the stylus, and it seems to work well. I am disappointed that this company seems to fail at reading their own product description, and only sent me one stylus when I ordered 4.

I received these pens yesterday, and they do exactly as advertised. There is no drag, no smudges on the screen, and they fit small spaces better than finger tips. You can see around the pen where you can't see around your fingers and hand until after you get them out of the way. I used a pen on a word search game, and it is much more accurate than using a finger. I am a lightening-fast typist on a regular keyboard, but the Kindle Fire keyboard is worthless to a touch typist. I suppose cell-phone thumb users who text all day might not find the tiny keyboard an issue; but I do, preferring speed, accuracy, full spelling, punctuation and readability. Although using this pen will be a lot slower, it should at least be more accurate than the mess I'm making with finger tips. Anything requiring actual typing, I will use my desktop, not the Kindle. The pen works great on page turning. You slide quicker and faster than with your finger, with a clean screen. I've found just a light tap also turns the page, and am beginning to prefer that to sliding. I have long, slim fingers, and if I find this pen better, those who have short or wide fingers will be very happy with this product. You can't beat the price for four pens. If you lose one, or the spongy tip wears out, you've got spares. You can also share the purchase with someone using a smart phone.
