3.0 out of 5 stars Okay, but there are some annoyances. September 15, 2012
Color Name:Black;Silver;Red|Vine Customer Review of Free Product (What's this?)
The only other stylus I had used before this pack is a Boxwave (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000ETWCSK/ref=wms_ohs_product) that a friend had recommended when I bought my Kindle Fire last fall. I have used that stylus--a LOT--for almost a year with no problems at all.

In contrast, the first of this pack that I used (the red one) had its tip disengage after about 2 weeks of use. I was able to reseat the tip but still...pretty disappointing. I'm on my 2nd of the 3 now (the silver) for about a week and all is going fine so far.

Stylistically and ergonomically, there are differences between the Fosman and the Boxwave that stood out to me:

1. The Fosmon stylus feels fatter/thicker in my hand than the Boxwave and therefore was pretty awkward for me to get used to for the first few weeks.

2. Both the Boxwave and the Fosman have a slim black thread at the top which connects to a piece that can insert into the Kindle Fire's headphone jack to ensure that you don't lose your stylus while you are transporting your Fire in your purse, backpack, etc.

The Fosman's thread is attached to the stylus via a loop of thread through a hole in the cap. Even after a month of use and many attempts to tighten it, this loop continues to stand open due to the stiffness of the thread and will not close tightly. Not only is this really annoying while I'm using the stylus, but it concerns me, since the loop will not close securely, it will come all the way undone and the piece that inserts into the Fire will be lost. The only upside to the loop being loose is that if you did not want the thread and the piece that attaches to the Fire, you could take it off easily.

1.0 out of 5 stars Parachuting tip November 12, 2012
Color Name:Black;Silver;Red|Verified Purchase
My first stylus, the AmazonBasics Stylus for Touchscreen Devices, worked just fine for about nine months. Unfortunately, it began sticking a bit so I decided it was time to purchase another. I went with the Fosmon Trio. I gave one to my son and kept the other two. In about a couple of weeks, the tip became detached. I tried replacing the tip several times but it would not stay in place for long. So I began using the backup. Within a week, I began to experiencing the same problem - the tip falls away from the body. Very frustrating! I am back to using the AmazonBasics Stylus.

1.0 out of 5 stars Faulty Styluses October 3, 2012
Color Name:Black;Silver;Red|Verified Purchase
I am so disappointed in this product. The tips fall out and easily get lost. At this point, out of the six styluses I purchased, I have lost the tips on three of them. I will not purchase this item again and I reccomend that everyone should think twice before spending their hard earned money for this rather costly product.

1.0 out of 5 stars disappointed October 27, 2012

I am extremely disappointed in this product. The top portion of one of the pens, the touch area has already fallen off. I used it only one week and can no longer use it. What a waste of money, especially since I later found these stylists at 1/5 the cost!

4.0 out of 5 stars Love these! July 18, 2012
Color Name:Black;Silver;Red|Verified Purchase
Never used a stylus with my iPad2, but these are great. They attached with a nice little plug that fits into the earphone plug. Solid performance and consistent. Works great with apps that want a bit more precision than my stubby little fingers. I have also noticed that it is easier on my hands when I am gaming a lot of in a tap-intensive place.

Only had for about a month, so not sure on durability, but so far I am very impressed.

5.0 out of 5 stars stylus pen 3-pack August 10, 2012
Color Name:Black;Silver;Red|Verified Purchase
It works great! Wasn't sure about what I was getting but it is well worth it. It helps to keep the screen clean and it makes writing a lot easier more accurate. I recommend this to anybody with a kindle fire or other touch pads.

1.0 out of 5 stars Fosmon Trio Capactive Tip Stylus Pack October 20, 2012

I was very disappointed in this stylus. Under normal use two of the stylus's have lost their tips. The tips just fall out and will not stay in when they are put back in. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

1.0 out of 5 stars Do not buy these. December 22, 2012
Color Name:Black;Silver;Red|Verified Purchase
I bought this 3 pack of styluses & as I took the 1st one out of the pack, the tip that has the smushy part on it fell out on the floor. After a quick look at the return policy I figured it wasn't worth returning & thought, well how many do I need anyway? I t turns out that I need to buy another brand from someone with a better return policy because these suck! All of them are useless at this point because they all fell apart & I only used them maybe 10 times total! Pure garbage. How hard can it be to make a stylus that doesn' t fall apart? Don' t waste your money!

5.0 out of 5 stars I especially like the lanyard that comes with each capacitive stylus
I especially like the lanyard that comes with each capacitive stylus, helps to keep from misplacing them (pens). The pens work fine on iPAd, iPhone, and both of our Kindle Fires.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good Buy...
These work well. Bought on recommendation of someone I met on vacation this year. She was right. It is nice to have three--one for home, one for the office, one for my purse.
