Well, what can I say? its a wallet, and it does a dang good job at what its supposed to do. Its the BEST wallet Ive EVER had, and I cant BELIEVE its so cheap here on amazon. I paid over 60 for mine, and it was worth every penny! its lasted over 5 years of me working construction, getting it completely wet by leaving it in my clothes for laundry by accident, etc etc.. and it always holds up...

I know it sounds silly to have so much praise for a wallet but trust me, buy one of your own and find out for yourself how much you will enjoy the feel of a thicker wallet than that thin crap.

Oh ps, this thing can hold as much cash as you can dream about carrying plus over 20 credit cards, AND if your like me, a STACK of buisness cards.


A+ for this product

I ordered this wallet for my boyfriend's birthday. His old one was worn and falling to pieces after only a year of use. It came in a great decorative tin and very well packaged. I was surprised at the quality of the leather and the wallet in general. It has a lovely buttery soft feel and great capacity. He was able to fit all of his different cards and things in there, and it was smalle in profile than his last. He loved it so much he bought one for his dad.

I got this wallet for my husband for Christmas. His old one was falling apart and he was always saying that he doesn't want a new one because his old one is such a good size and that he can fit it in his pocket and it has good pockets for cards... that's what he thought until he got this wallet! It has good room for cards and it is still small enough to fit into the pant pocket. It is good looking and comes in an awesome box! :)

A great wallet that lasts for a long time. Even the leather is great. It's so soft it's awesome. The extra key place is good so you won't lock yourself out of the house. It has many pockets to put your credit card in. Another great thing is that comes with a collectible tin so you can store it.

....and boy, does this wallet reek of dead cow. That's a compliment, in case anyone couldn't tell. I could tell what was in the box before I even opened it, just from the smell leaking out, and doubtless it filled the postman's truck before delivering it.

But people don't generally buy wallets for the smell. At least I don't. I bought this because, after 10 years of constant use, my previous, very dependable wallet was beginning to fall apart. Well, actually, it began falling apart a couple years ago, but that's besides the point. It was a trifold, which was what led me to this product. I'm a sucker for familiarity. The clear pocket for your ID is quite handy for those of us who get carded on occasion. It allows the process to go a lot faster, without having to struggle with getting the ID out and then forcing it back in. And after examining the stitching around the ID flap, in particular, I would guess that this wallet will remain quite sturdy and reliable for some years to come.

And when Fossil says Extra Capacity, they certainly aren't lying. I haven't actually gone to the trouble of counting, but if I had to guess, I'd say there's about 12 slots for cards and whatever else people tend to put in their wallets, including two slots (one on each side) for keys. Those two slots were particularly important to me, because I've carried a spare set of car keys in my wallet for years, and that habit has bailed me out more times than I can remember. My old wallet had a flimsy little plastic thing on the inside, where the money goes, which broke off after a year or two, so I was particularly pleased to find actual pockets in this one.

There are only two complaints I can think of, which is why I didn't give this wallet 5 stars:

For one, while Fossil says this wallet has Extra Capacity, and while I would wholeheartedly agree with that, there are a few slots, particularly the ones in the middle when the wallet is completely open, that only have room for one card. It seems as though Fossil tried to put as many pockets into the wallet as possible without thinking about the capacity of each one. My point is that they could have made the wallet with 6 pockets, instead of 12, kept the wallet the same size, and had it work a little more economically. One card per pocket just seems to me to be kind of a waste. Or maybe I just think too much.

The other slightly annoying thing (which may or may not iron itself out with more usage) is that, when filled with a standard amount of cards and money, the wallet refuses to close all the way. As I said, that may iron itself out over time as the material stretches. Have to wait and see.

All in all, I'd say that this is a pretty beautiful wallet. It's very well made and seems like it'll be durable for quite a few years. For a meager $25, it really can't be beat.

I ordered this wallet in black as a gift for my husband. I was pleased with the quality of the leather, as was my husband, and he's twice mentioned that he really likes his new wallet!

The trifold has extra pockets and insert spaces to hold credit cards, etc. It's really roomy. It also came packaged in a lovely tin that was perfect for gift giving.

I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this wallet to anyone.

I usually use large wallets that only fold in half, due to some of the larger items I carry and want to have a smaller thickness to what I have to sit on.

This wallet is great, however. It is very light and soft. It has a better organizational setup than my old wallet, and it is easy to open it up and find my ID, my credit cards and, most importantly, my money.

There are several places you can put your cards, and they each have a design to let you see they top of many cards at once. So finding your Discover, Bank, Library, Insurance cards is an instant task.

Perhaps not the most important is card safety. In my old 1 fold wallet, I had 3 cards crack at the top due to them sitting in an odd way in my wallet - usually because I have to stack 5-7 cards together. In this wallet, the cards are not stacked 5 or more together, and they are not bending. I doubt they will ever crack due to being in this wallet.

Quality" They leather feels nice. The plastic coverings are secure and hold id's in place.

I am tempted to buy another one and keep it in storage for when this one wears out.

Supple out of the box. Excellent texture. Seems sturdy. Looks great. Plenty of room. Surprisingly thin for a trifold wallet, though, as always, individual results may vary based on how much crap is kept in it.

Only one slot for bills, not a whole lot of room, so why do they call it Extra Capacity? I'll never know. Bought 2 and immediately gave them away to very nice people. The quality appeared well made but the title is deceptive, plus being a Trifold, in the end you must fold the wallet in 3 and that made it loose the shape. The reason I purchased this item is because I had bought an extra large bifold from the same company and it worked just fine. Had 2 compartments for bills (that should be required in most wallets for bunching them all together in one section takes the convenience factor away). Not very pleased, 50+ dollars spent and had to order something else from somewhere else that works much, much better. 2 Stars for what I expected was not delivered (It is important to check dimensions properly before purchasing). This one look good on paper but on practice fell short of the mark.

I needed the extra capacity this trifold wallet provides. It easily holds all my credit cards.
This wallet is soft and very comfortable even with everything I've stuffed into it..
