I love this watch - it's gorgeous! The links are easily removable - they just click in or out. The only problem there is because they are about a cm, you may not get a perfect fit. Mine slides around on my wrist a bit - but it doesn't bother me. The face is also a great size for me - not too big that it seems like a man's watch or too small to be functional. I sometimes wish there were dots on the face to indicate the :05, :25, :35, and :55, but most of the time this is not a problem.
