Fossils & Faith: Understanding Torah And Science by Nathan Aviezer (Professor of Physics, Bar-llan University, Israel) is a thoughtful, serious, scholarly analysis of the books of the Bible and the evidence of modern science, and endeavors to show that accepting the truth of God does not mean that one must discard rational thinking. A profound study of both evidence and theology, persuasively argued and with an especial emphasis on the importance of the Torah, Fossils & Faith is a dichotomy between practices filled with meaningful ideas that bear reading for people of all religious faiths. Fossils & Faith is highly recommended reading for students of the complexities and interrelationships of science and religion, of the interactions between God and his creation.

Aviezer is a wonderful writer, who explains complicated science in accessible terms without compromising the nuance. The text is so rich that there is far more than I can comment on. This book is a first-rate contribution to theology, providing tools for understanding both Torah and science. Its most important contribution is that it provides a systematic, upgraded, serious Jewish natural theology...original, powerful, and persuative

People holding in Darwin and his adherents have some thinking to do, for this book shows me hoe really no serious thoughtwas put into the theory to start with, rather a ideological drive to assert the impossible non-excistance of a Dvine Master,
Anyway what can isay, this is but one of his few workd of which i like quite a bit and recomend for all pepole seeking... ...well anyhting that might imply the truth of actuality as we may perceive it.
there is other stuff from him on the net, otherwise he's allso put some stuff on aish.com among other Jewish outreach websites.
