If you're a mature person new to teaching, this book will give you a lot of "educationese" and confirm what you've probably learned through life and common sense. If you're a new young teacher, read it!

I was actually a student in Tana's University classroom. It was this book that allowed me to learn a ton of information about ideas to use in the classroom, regarding issues that sometimes hinder emotional well being. It is my hope that all teachers incorporate emotional well being awareness into their everyday classrooms.
