My mother had a stroke causing an impairment in recognizing numbers. Until this product was purchased we were limited to having a few speed dials we had programed into her big button phone. We had put mini pictures on the key pad for 5 people. With this product she has 24 numbers available for her to call. This has made her life feel more normal. Prior to this device she would speed dial me and I would call the person she wanted to speak to and tell them to call her. It's made her feel more independent and helped me not worry if she called my phone while I was working and I couldn't get back to her right away.Highly recommend ! amazon delivered quickly |
