I did buy this adapter from the Amazon and probably will buy few more. I am in a unique situation that we can modify the adapter to do the work properly.
It is not for faint of heart. Who does not have opportunity to get help people having proper tooling machinery should NOT use this adapter.

After re-tooling it should open completely new dimensions to take pictures. Before that it's almost useless piece of metal.

#1: The biggest complaint: the adapter DOES NOT allow infinity focus.
#2: The design does not allow lens with rear element diameter over ca. 20mm to be shifted as expected because the inner parts of the adapter will cast a shadow and vignet (you will get a nice tunnel vision!).
#3: The adapter leaks light if shifted for more than ca. 9mm (improving the #2 would make this a non-issue).

I am really thinking, who made that adapter never tried it in the real life and there was no communication between the marketing, engineering and technical staff.
