Product Description

The Fotodiox T2-EOS Lens adapter allows you to place your favorite T/T2 Lens on your Canon EOS camera body. This adapter gives you the ability to use your irreplaceable prime lens and saves you the cost of purchasing new lenses. The adapters are precision made to insure the perfect fit. The lens will fit physically, but the automatic diaphragm, auto-focusing, and other functions will not operate correctly while using this adapter. In this case, "stop-down mode" will need to be used when metering, since the lens does not have the ability to have its aperture controlled by the camera body. You can shoot in manual or aperture priority mode. Infinity focusing is guaranteed.

I've been very interested in delving into the world of Astro-photography since I bought my scope a few years ago. The camera I had at the time just wasn't ideal for that, so this year I upgraded my camera to a Canon T2i DSLR.

This single adapter is exactly what I needed for my new hobby. The lens ring attaches firmly to my camera, and the Scope ring screws onto the Orion 127mm Mak-Cass telescope snugly. I have no fear of my camera being damaged due to falling. Now I only have to wait for the weather to start cooperating, and giving me clear nights of good seeing.

I have tried many similar EOS T rings. All of the others wiggled a little and never tightly snapped into the camera bayonet. Little problems like this can be big issues to the astrophotographer. The Fotodiox is not only the least expensive of all the options I have tried but by far it is the best fitting...nice tight fit, no slop or flexure.

This is just a little screw-on adapter to allow third-party lenses to fit onto a Canon EOS Rebel camera. It's inexpensive, appears to be solidly built, and works perfectly. What else can be said?

This mount fits my T3i very well and is very high-quality. I am using it for my DIY tilt-shift lens project and this mount adapter makes a great mount for this type of project. The mount is very easy to install and remove, solidly constructed and is very durable. Highly recommended!

Fotodiox did it again! This T-mount adapter is solid and feel professionally fabricated! It fits nicely on my 5D mark ii and has no light leak problem like some of the other available alternative on the market. Unlike the v2 Nikon to EOS mount that I have, this does not have play between the optics and the camera (that can also be because of the simplistic design of the t-mount themselves).

Highly recommended for any photographer and videographer who are planning on resurrecting those vintage screw mount lenses!

This uses metal parts instead of plastic, a big plus for the price paid. Otherwise, it's just an ordinary T adapter, which is a good thing.

Fotodiox always has great fitting products and great prices. Just keep in mind that this is not everything you need to hook your DSLR to a telescope. You will also need a T-adapter.

I purchased this adapter for use with my kids telescope to take photos of the moon. If you want to connect your DSLR to a telescope then you will need one of these.

The adapter is well made out of aluminum and goes on and off without issue. My T-Adapter fits perfectly and snuggly so there is no fear of my camera falling off.

It comes packaged in a cardboard box which I threw away and just toss the adapter in my bag. I don't use it often but when I do it works every time. I trust it on my expensive Canon 7D and don't fear walking away for a moment or two.

If you know what this product is and what it does then you only need to know it works and it solidly built.
