This is the finest instruction book on calligraphy I have ever read and I am a seasoned scribe of 28 years; as a teacher I refer to this book and highly recommend it to my students.

Sheila Waters' book has eclipsed my other calligraphy favorites...I am consuming even her most basic tips to put my skills on the front burner to hone...no matter how many years I've been doing this art form. Having had the privilege to take classes from Sheila, I can hear her voice as I read!
