I used this in a required engineering course on Electrical Engineering for non-EE majors. This was a great reference and I still keep it on my bookshelf years later. The example problems were done step-by-step and the techniques laid out were easy to extrapolate into the assigned problems at the end of each chapter. I dislike it when books skip too many steps in the example problems.

Overall, the book is lightweight and a great size without skimping on being comprehensive. Highly recommended.

The book is not written well, but it is the least expensive book with the needed information I could find.
