Guo-Ming Chen is Professor of communication at the University of Rhode Island. Professor Chen holds a Ph.D. in Communication from Kent State University.
William J. Starosta is Graduate Professor of Communication and Culture at Howard University. Professor Starosta holds a Ph.D. in Intercultural Communication from Indiana University. --This text refers to an alternate Paperback edition.
