Detailed book
This book is for those who really want to learn the principles of macroeconomics. It is filled with details as to how the economy works internationally and why the economy is how it is today. This book is really interesting.

Filled with liberal mantra
The study of the economic principles is sound but I found that the author(s)filled the book with a lot of the liberal platform points. Free health care, inexpensive HIV drugs, college education for all, etc.. Basically, fulfilling needs through government programs.

I used the ISBN search for my Macro-economics text, and was sent a Micro-economics text. The ISBN were not the same. Now my charge card is tied up until they receive the wrong book back, and I had to pay for the return shipping! My class starts in 2 days and even though I paid for expedited shipping, I won't receive my new text on time. I do not know if Amazon or Bookbyte made the screw-up, but I'm suffering from it.

This book gives clear examples and much detail about the topics being presented, but is not consistent in the information given in the text and the correspondence of this information for the answers to the activities in the teacher's manual.
