So dissapointing
upon receiving this book it fell apart. The spine was NOT glued properly. I needed the book to study from and didn't have time to return it and risk it all again. Will NEVER buy from this seller again!

It helps if you have background knowledge in speech and language or the hearing impaired. Very useful and informative.
