important contribution to understanding entrepreneur-managers,
By Frith Maier (Seattle, WA USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Founder Factor (Paperback)
The intensity of focus required from an entrepreneur to turn an idea into a viable company can leave little time for reflection or networking. When I read this book, I got very excited: someone who understands the way I'm wired! Nancy Truitt Pierce's work is an important contribution to the business management bookshelf.

Founder Realities,
By
This review is from: The Founder Factor (Paperback)
Pierce illuminates key factors that not only describe but predict Founder led organization behavior, successes and failures. Until now, not enough attention has been paid to the uniqueness of these organizations.
For anyone who has worked in or with such an organization, or for anyone who is thinking about joining a Founder led company....this is a must read. For Founders who welcome unabashed sometimes personal insight, this should be a staple on their bookshelf.
