Wow - Fantastic Album,

The Dogs continue to crank out stunning music. This album is now one of my favorite OBD CDs up there with Fit? and Close To The Bone. No worries that Jim Malcolm is no longer with the band (although we do miss him) - Rory and Jonny do a fine job on vocals. And there is big variety on this album from trad Scottish to tunes with jazzy and carribean sounds. Percussion and instrumentals on Harris Dance are spectacular. Gaelic Song is beautiful and Star of the Bar is a great tune. The Breton tunes are fantastic, too. I highly recommend this CD!

I heard about "Old Blind Dogs" when I was at "Molly's Revenge" concert. They spoke of them and so I thought I'd give them a listen. I really enjoy all of the songs and know them by heart (even if I don't know what the heck they are singing about in the gailic song). "Four on the Floor" is one of my favorites.

I just saw them in concert and all I can say is AWESOME!!! They played a lot of these songs and while I didn't buy this CD at the concert (I bought Fit?) I will be buying this one come payday!!!
