This is a great study bible for those who want to study the gospels but maybe, like me, have had trouble just sitting down and really grasping them. It includes definitions, pictures, character descriptions and more.

"The Four Gospels"is a personal study tool for those who want to explore there Faith in a new and deeper way.This book is the core preaching of the church,the Gospel of Jesus CHRIST.Its for thoes who have kind of gotten into what the words mean,but may have never thought about the spirittuality,or people who really pray the Scriptures well,but don't have the patience to study the Gospels.
"The Four Gospels" is a great study guide to help us with our relationship with CHRIST.

I found this work to be everything I had hoped for and a little more. The format is easy to follow, the notes and commentary are neatly organized so as to make the presentation readable without being visually over bearing. The scholarship is centrist and the cultural background material is helpful to understanding the texts. The graphs and parallel comparisons are well done. Over all I would say this is a very helpful volume for both lay scripture teachers and pastors.

This book was not what I expected. The description was misleading (at least for me). I would have liked a more detailed description on the contents.
