5.0 out of 5 stars Exceptional from someone that has walked the walk, January 10, 2012

I was interested to see what Brad Johnson had to say about forgiveness of himself and of others. He had a difficult journey along the way and was curious to the insight that it had given this gifted writer and teacher. I was not disappointed.

I admit, I have stopped reading too much Christian "self help" as being a believer and an avid reader I often get the "uh huh" feeling, been there done that read that feeling when I am reading a book. It has not been since I read Steve Arterburn's book a few years ago, Healing a Choice - as like Johnson - Arterbun has had his own journey that lacks in perfection and I believe if used properly this will only transform a person into a BETTER person if one allows it. Johnson has done just that - allowed his past to make him a better person. He passes along much insight in this easy read (I could not put it down) - I had many "ah ha" moments.

It is 100% worth reading and I would 100% recommend ANYONE read it as we all have issues in our lives we need to forgive or need forgiveness for.

5.0 out of 5 stars Tremendous work; straight to the heart of forgiveness!, January 6, 2012

This book is a straightforward, no fluff, and heart felt work about forgiveness. Brad has fleshed this out in his own life and gives you all the tools to walk through a path to receiving and giving forgiveness. I found people coming to mind to release with forgiveness throughout the book, including myself. If you want to get to the core of what it means and exactly how (though not in a rote formula that doesn't consider the human experience) to give and receive forgiveness-this is YOUR book to walk through it. - Timbo Fowler

5.0 out of 5 stars Highly recommended, January 31, 2012
This review is from: The Four Laws of Forgiveness: How to Forgive Yourself and Others (Kindle Edition)
As a woman harboring resentments was an easy thing for me to do. Learning I needed to forgive was taught to me but how to forgive was made very clear with Brad's personal life accounts linked to scripture. It just opened it up to me for the first time with an intrinsic meaning. Being an Asian woman learning how to forgive myself was the hardest thing to think about much less consider it as a reality. Reading Brad's journey has made all the difference in the world to me. I wish I had this wisdom many years ago, but I am blessed by having the release these principles have provided.
