5.0 out of 5 stars Exquisite
This album features distinct, stand-out artists who often at the top of their genre. These are the artists you would love to listen to- if you could find them.
Sara Tavares is a favorite artist of mine. She projects happiness. She has a lovely warm feel to her music. If you are not familiar with her this is a fantastic opportunity to discover her. free

Yasmin Levy is a Jewish woman who sings traditional songs from her heritage. Her voice is phenomenal. The style is interesting, it feels like a cross between Middle Eastern and Spanish tango.
Blick Bassy is Cameroonian and mixes interesting rhythms with a lovely smooth feel. I think this sounds like a softer more wistful Habib Koite, smoother with less energy.
There are two artists who sing Portuguese Fado- Deolinda and Mariza. Deolinda has an interesting contemporary flair. Mariza has the voice that set the standard. Her voice is passionate, full, and textured, while being amazingly clean. She gives me goose bumps. Definitely worth a listen.
Eva Allyon- Fun, bouncy, Afro-Peruvian rhythms. She is "one of Peru's reigning divas." `nuff said.
Lura- nice warm vocalist- full and clean.
Fantastic album- better than many I have bought.
Wonderful collection of music- Thanks Amazon

I can't understand a single word in any of the songs but I love listening to them. It's a very diverse selection of songs. Some songs are happy and others are soothing, it's a good combo.

A fun, jazzy world music blend. Most sound Latiny. My personal favorites are:

Mal Por Mal
Quebrod Nem Djosa
Mano Suave

I didn't connect so much with Miles from India.

Overall a groovy album.
