A fresh surprise., March 10, 2000

I found out about this disc a few years ago from a review in the New York Times. To my surprise, I found a great new jazz saxaphonist with a voice of his own. I listen to a lot of music, and this one has stood the test of time as well. A really great disc if you like straight-ahead, but innovative jazz.
