This book is a tremendous buy--not for its intrinsic value, but for it's practical means of pointing people towards proper application of the Word of God. This makes it unique among other devotionals. It does not just give devotional thoughts; rather, it teaches people to personally apply the Word of God themselves. It is great for the new Christian. It is also great for anyone who desires to spend quality time in the Bible and who wants the Bible to make him more Christlike.
