For the past year I have witnessed first hand A Life Once Lost absolutely destroy crowd after crowd of eager onlookers, with the songs encompassed in this brand new CDEP. To say that A Life Once Lost are one of the premiere bands in the Metalcore scene these days would be a complete understatement. A Life Once Lost has taken this style of music to a level that few bands past or present have ever been able to come close to. The Metalcore scene is flooded with ridiculous amounts of bands that would rather be bunched up into a group of generic wannabe's then to actually sit down, think about writing incredible music and then accomplish it, this is exactly what A Life Once Lost has done. Though this record does sound as if it was rushed, there are still no competitors to the masters at this metal/hardcore hybrid. As drastically matured as this record sounds I don't believe ALOL has even come close to their potenial, and if they keep putting out records like this, you'll be hearing about them for many years to come. Great work guys.

I love life once lost because their music realy can insperi you alot... There's alot of generic metalcore bands out there but l.o.l isn't one of them!Anyways,If you like that good quality sound & crystal clear production buy life once lost's album *fourth plague* you won't be dissapointed at all. this is one of my favorite hardcore bands, i love every song on this album. i got a chance to see these guys live but they played thier new stuff which is a bunch of meshuggah posing crap. but i love this album, it could be better if the drummer didn't go off time and the quality was a little better, but it's deffinately worth it. thier first album is good too besides the vocals sounding like the parents of charlie brown. this album is great though
