I am a soccer referee and have used this in several matches. The material is comfortable and doesn't rub or chafe. The plastic adjustment slider works well and stays in place once set. The metal clip is strong and won't open accidentally. All in all, a well-made product that performs well.

DO NOT BLOW WHISTLE INDOORS! Great whistle can be heard from any distance. Great for police work.
