An awesome glam rock band from the 1970's with Brian Connolly as lead vocals. I think this was one of the most popular and possibly influential songs of their time. This rockin' song made them legendary along with Ballroom Blitz and Sweet FA.

I have been going through a nostalgic phase lately, particularly in regard to the music of the 1970s. And would you believe that I heard this song for the first time in many years in a hotel in Laughlin, where the median age of the travelers is 75 and it's not even their kind of music? Hilarious, I know.This took me back all right, back to the days of goofy synthesizers, very few lyrics or incomprehensible ones at best, and an undeniably catchy beat. I would love to play this song at a party and see how many of my peers remember it. |
