85/15, thickness is 1/2 that of the military version.
Olive Drab Wool Bed Blanket, Genuine U.S. Military Surplus; NSN: 7210-00-282-7950 was 71.34 for me, this was 33.50. At half the price it's a great price point.

I wouldn't recommend you depend to heavily on this item for shelter. At the thickness and percentages, I doubt even the wet thermal properties of heat retention of wool would be sufficient. Dry it's pretty thin, wet I suspect it would be useless. As a ground barrier it would be great. As add on thermal protection, I feel it would be good.

At 4 lbs it's heavy.

It's wool...it's itchy.

Color was as expected. Dimensions are accurate (same as Mil).

I have no idea how this will hold up 'real world' I've only fiddled with it in my living room.
I will update if I acquire real world knowledge/experience of the product. As these will be added to my off-road (Rzr 570 EFI Side by Side) survival kits, it's unlikely they'll ever (hopefully not) get to see any real world use.

Best review I can do with the knowledge I currently have.

I never tell anyone how to spend their money but I am happy with the product at this price.
You always get what you pay for, and even for a cheap/frugal guy like me this fell within financial expectations.

Seller was Outdoor Shopping. Took a LONG time to receive (about 3 weeks), not prime eligible.

What I did receive was within expectations from product review.

Good luck. Ride safe. Protect the environment (stick to trails). Pack out your trash. Leave little to no trace.

I bought this blanket for bushcraft camping which means its my bed roll, shelter, ground cloth, and whatever else it needs to be. In short, it would serve the same purpose as my old Army Issue blanket did when I was wearing green and stomping in the mud many years ago.

The blanket appears to be the same quality and weight as the GI one. The ends are whip stiched and in good shape.

I am not sure what else to say about it other than at the ~$35 pricepoint, you cant go wrong with this. I may pick up a few more for the youngens.

heavy weight, soft, great feel. I bought several in case of emergency power outage but decided to use them day to day they were so nice.

Decent quality. Dry clean only (to be machine washable they have to have a special treatment and the tag specifically calls for dry cleaning). Like a lot of wool blankets it has an odor to repel pests in storage that will wane over time. I have used the blanket several times and it is warm but they're places to buy this lesser-quality style of blanket for about 30-40 percent cheaper than the 30 bucks i paid.

These are the best money can buy. I kept two in my care as emergency blankets, but one has migrated inside and is now on the couch for keeping my feet warm and impromptu naps. Yes I realize there is a bit of a smell to the blanket but just hang it outside on a nice day and let it air out. Well worth the price.

A good, solid, tough utility blanket--wool, for the car--not only good for protecting the car when putting kayaks on and off the roof, but wool so it won't burn; an important safety feature. Replaces an ancient army blanket that finally tattered after years of hard use. I think this one is going to last just as long!

There is no better material for an outdoors blanket than wool, keeps its insulation properties when wet, its fire resistant so sparks won't burn holes though, and it's hydrophobic so it kind of cleans itself . The only criticism I can give this particular blanket is that I wish the weave was a bit tight to better trap in warm air.

Awesome blanket especially for size as it will wrap around my husbands feet :) Am happy with it so far except the fact that the info on the site said it was washable & when it came it has a tag that says dry clean only.
