this is well made and is not a big and bulky bag, it's just right, and it has a lot of space for the size, I could fit oil for the bike chain, 1 allen tool that has a complete set of 10 allen in one tool, 1 top peak bike tool set, 1 medium size towel, not a shower towel it's a polishing towel, (big 20"x 30") 1 small cloth, 1 9mm open -wrench, 1 set of 2 bike handles, 2 extra tubes, 1 baseball cap, and has a bit more space, it also has space for lose change and dollar bills, the area where I put the open wrench is a long pocket and I only have that item in there, so it fits more things, I filled the hydration pack with water and put it on and it was not heavy at all it felt good and firm. very, very good pack.

Very leaky. The tube wiggles loose from the base of the bladder as you walk. Really poor pack. I threw it out after trying multiple times to make it work.
