In short...terrible. Cheap material...pegs are difficult to assemble into main stem. I had to use soap to grease them up and put in. The base screws on and never really gets tight. The screw and the nut it screws into actually came off during the assembly and I had to get out some tools and wood glue to fix it.
This only fits small mugs. If you use big coffee mugs this won't work for you. It falls over often and wobbles. I threw it away. Save your money this is a terrible product.

it looks like a very nice product, but it didn't specify anything in the description about assembly, and the least they could do is include some craft glue for ALL the pegs that don't fit properly. base not sanded well, looks shoddy and almost lopsided when assembled. i just hope none of the pegs fall out when i hang mugs on it.

This tree looked good and went together just fine, but when the base got a little wet, it warped. I kept it, because I was not sure if that was a fault of mine, or not. I just place a piece of folded paper towel under one edge to keep it from rocking. Otherwise, it seems to be OK. It holds some fairly large mugs.
