This is an excellent tart pan!! It cleans up in an instant and makes a great tart. I've made a cauliflower tart, an onion tart, and a strawberry tart with creme patisierre. The person who said the edges are two sharp is absolutely wrong. The edges are not too sharp; they are exactly the way they are supposed to be. If she wants a soft edge, she should get a pie pan, not a tart pan.

I do a lot of baking privately and professionally and I needed new pans and these are great. Easy to clean and the crusts came out great!

With just a spritz of Pam or other lubricant, this pan releases beautifully, and is very easy to clean. Tart crusts come out well-browned, but not burnt. Thanks to a couple of easy recipes from Jacques Pepin and this pan, our family is enjoying fruit tarts on almost a weekly basis. Can't wait for our Granny Smith's to ripen up!

One tip: After letting the tart and pan cool for about 15 minutes or so, putting a bowl or some other stable raised surface under the removable bottom makes it a snap to separate the pan's side from its bottom. Just let the side fall gently away, and then use the bottom to move the tart to a serving dish.

My wife was looking for a tart pan at the local mega-store and we couldn't find one so I pulled out my smartphone and started searching amazon. This was one of the pans I came across and showed my wife, she wanted it so while standing in the store I ordered it and had a delivery date of 2 days. The pan showed up packaged well, no damage to it or scratches.

The first item my wife made was a chocoate tart thing (not sure what it was, but it was good!) and this pan cooked it perfectly. She was able to lift up from the bottom to pop the tart out of the pan and then we attempted to slide the tart off onto a serving platter, that didn't work so good and before it crumbled we put it back on and served it off of the bottom.

Overall cleanup was a breeze, nothing and I mean nothing stuck to this pan. Literally just used a papertowel to wipe it clean. I did run it through the dishwasher as well but that was overkill.

Great pan, works well and seems to be pretty tough. Would buy it again if we needed a second one.

The Fox Run Non-stick 9 inch loose bottom quiche pan worked very well for the Linzertart I made for Christmas. The loose bottom allowed me to removed the Linzertart without damaging the crust. It cleaned up well too.

The pan is heavier weight in my opinion and metal so it has some weight for a tart pan. It is easy clean, but what I like is the 9" size which fits nicely my tarts. The instructions recommend putting a thin film of oil the first time you use it.

This was a good purchase, works as its supposed to and I make impressive quiches using this pan. My only complaint is the pan is very shallow and my favorite quiche recipe will not fit into the pan :(, I have to use another small pan to use up the extra mixture. If they make a higher sided pan I would opt for that.
