I AM NOW A WOW(WONDERFUL OLDER WOMAN)I HAVE COMPLETED THIS WONDERFUL BOOK THAT I FOUND MOTIVATING,ENTHUSIASTIC AND FULL OF GREAT IDEAS.HOW TO BECOME AGELESS?EVERY INGREDIENT IS THERE- CLOTHES,MAKE-UP,NUTRITION ,EXERCISE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR A POSITIVE ATTITUDE.MS. WALD IS A ROLE MODEL FOR ALL WOW'S TO FOLLOW. HER BOOK IS HUMOROUS,SENTIMENTAL AND A MUST FOR ALL OF OUR"OLDER " COLLEAGUES.I AM NO LONGER DREADING RETIREMENT BUT HAPPILY LOOKING FORWARD TO A NEW AGELESS LIFESTYLE.

Recently finished "Foxy Forever". Was greatly impressed with the author's knowlege and presentation of her subject. Sounds like Ms. Wald has, been there and done that, and can relate her experiences in an intelligent, adult manner. Great book for older woman who are tried of being talked down to. Would recommend it as a great read for older woman who still care.

Especially enjoyed the chaper on Love and Marriage.

Well, what's not to love about a book with the subtitle of: How To Be Foxy At Fifty, Sexy At Sixty & Fabulous Forever! ? Any woman, especially one of a certain age, will be sure to enjoy reading this engaging, friendly `how-to' guide to successful aging.

The author, being of that age herself, knows whereof she speaks and writes, and does so in a forthright, easy-to-grasp manner. She offers advice for every WOW out there. (For the unitiated, that's Wonderful Older Woman.) Indeed. Starting with where we're coming from to where we're going, and how we're going to get there, Ms. Wald offers common-sense advice with no-nonsense information, helpful to anyone.

Stay active, watch what you eat, have regular medical checkups, dress well (on a budget), how to change your make-up and hair styles to match your new you; all topics of interest to any woman, but especially to the WOW. Some of her advice is so subtle, you'll wonder that you've never heard it before, even though it's only sensible.

Friendships-with members of either sex-are necessary to everyone, but especially to the WOW. We all know that, but here we discover just why that's so. The author also discusses-very frankly-the pros and cons of plastic surgery, and should you? or shouldn't you? And if you do choose to indulge, what you should know beforehand, and what you need to watch out for.

And in case you're a single WOW, here's advice about how to find a significant other. Or not. Maybe you'll decide as she did, to stay happily single, after all.

Written with style and humor, every word in this enjoyable book is a gem!

As I grow older, I'm looking for books that offer wisdom with a little humor thrown in for good measure. In Foxy Forever, I found what I was looking for. The author offers suggestions on living a full life in our mature years. She gives advice on maintaining our health, friendships, and beauty. Growing older does not mean we must become frumpy and unattractive. Many women today are defying the myths of aging and I want to be one of them. I enjoyed this book and recommend it to other women.
