Overall a good product that I'm glad I have for the winter months. Good look altogether and especially like the cork handle. The included jigs were in my opinion trash and didn't make it to my tackle trays. The action is good and the spring bobber is a great addition. Like anything else it has a few downfalls. One being, if you have to rethread the line on the ice good luck getting it back through the spring. The spring also freezes up with ice when jigging outside a shanty but it's my take this happens with all spring bobbers. Still greatly better than actual bobber fishing. Caught a few Crappie I would not have been able to detect without the spring bobber. Rod has great flex and reel is smooth yet has the tendency to let loose line out from time to time. Overall I would buy again. Good with anything from swedish pimples to small jigging spoons to swimming rapalas.
