New product missing a chunk of the door and zipper.

FRABILL will not warranty and they have no spare parts.

Will not have replacement parts till the end of the year.

Customer service treats you like a criminal

Call them and see.

Other than that it is really heavy at 70 lbs. Its a two man operation to get it out of the truck. Sled wears really fast on the bottom. The hyfax kit they make to protect it for additional cost is on intergalactic back order.

Overpriced Chinese Junk!

My wife recently got me one of these for a birthday present. I didn't need it because I already own an Eskimo Quick Fish 3, but she loved the padded seats and wouldn't take "NO" for an answer.....and has finally started going ice fishing with me! Assembly was a bit of a pain, but it came with all parts and hardware. The manual claims 1 hour for assembly. It took me almost 2 hours. Upon set up, it's four U-shaped poles are locked/braced together with four locking tension poles, which tighten the frame and tent. It sets up in about 3 minutes and comes down even quicker, folding right back into the attached base/sled. On windy days the shelter is held in place by my weight. It doesn't come with anchors and ropes but doesn't need to. Just the other day the wind came up suddenly with powerful gusts, one of which rotated my shelter 90 degrees while I was standing up. I quickly rotated it, from the inside, so the narrow back was facing the wind, and sat back down. I fished through that gusting wind of 30-40 MPH for another two hours without issue. It is equipped with two seats and can accommodate two anglers but makes for an incredibly spacious 1-man unit. The only big air gaps in the unit are at the corners of the sled, where the fabric attached to the frame. I defeat this with one shovelful of snow on the outside. My buddy heater provides ample heat for this small unit, even on days well below zero. I crack the three windows for safety and ventilation when I run the heater. It's somewhat heavy at 70 lbs, but with a coat of snow board wax on the sled's bottom, it pulls almost effortlessly. I am only 5' 6" tall but am able to load it into my truck by myself. I just lift the front of the sled onto the tailgate and then lift and slide it in from behind. Honestly, I don't know if I'll ever use my Quick Fish 3 and it's defective hubs, loose poles, ropes and anchors again! This Frabill is just TOO EASY and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
