This one has to be good!,

I didn't even buy this yet, but I'm very excited to see its existence and availability at a very affordable price. This is a fascinating topic, Scholz is an outstanding figure for forty years in the world of earthquakes (and by extension, my own field, acoustic emission) and Mandelbrot is Mandelbrot. Fractal treatments have been popping up in acoustic emission and I really want to learn more about it. I recently bought Scholz's book on earthquakes in which his mention of fractals is very modest. Appreciate that he doesn't waste space duplicating material, and can't wait to see this one.
