Nostalgia, October 17, 2003

This is probably Cabrel's third album, because I originally bought it on vinyl in France in 1981. I may not be objective, because this music brings back memories of the summer I spent in France during college.... but I love his lyrics as well as the music. This album contains a nice mix of sentimental, political, and just unusual songs. Cabrel's love songs are bautifully written, if you like that sort of thing, but I particularly like him as a story-teller.
