5.0 out of 5 stars A wild ride!, April 26, 2003

This review is from: Fragments (Paperback)
Tessa Jones' first novel is an excellent work that takes a horrific reality, blends it with plausible science fantasy, and produced a riveting book. The reader is along for a wild ride as she delves into the deepest pit of human behavior and emerges on the other side. Unexpected twists and turns keep the reader guessing right up to the finish. This is a book that teaches about a little understood disorder, exposes a rarely discussed taboo, and keeps the reader hooked right to the end. Bravo!

This book got me involved with the Characters from the very beginning. I couldn't put it down. Filled with twists and turns. You took a very serious and emotional subject and brought it to light in a very eye opeing way. Thank you Tessa for teaching me more about Dissociative Identity Disorder and sharing this wonderful story. I can't wait to read more! I was captivated and emotionally bonded with each and every Character!

For those desiring insights on Dissociative Identity Disorder, this is a good action/adventure story to read. While fictional, the multi-faceted dimensions of the heroine give an unusual spin to the good-vs-evil story line.

I couldn't put it down. I have read it twice and wouldn't loan this book to anyone in fear of not getting it back. The ease in which the author guides you through the story is the mark of a talented writer.
