Excellent replacement filter
This filter fits perfectly in my 2003 Honda Accord. It appears to be almost identical to the Honda filter but at half the cost.

Not Correct for 2003 Honda CR-V
In spite of being led here by the "What fits my car" feature, it's not the right shape or size for a 2003 CR-V. Hopefully, amazon sees this and my return, and they fix the database! (The 2003 CRV wants a CA9493)

It fit my 2004 TSX fine and it seems well-made. It doesn't seem too thin or flimsy.
Other than that, it's an air filter. My car hasn't complained. I haven't noticed any change in performance or anything else.

I was very pleased with the Fram CA9564 Heavy Duty Filter! I have always bought Fram products in the past prior to this purchase. It is well made and meets or beats original OEM. I have a 2007 Honda Accord, and it is a bit difficult to replace as everything is so close together under the hood which is typical for newer cars.
