Just bought one at Advanced Auto for $6.99 + tax. Not sure Harley Davidson would honor warranty on a new bike because it's not their filter but it works well on my 2004 Road King.

fits like factory spec. good price Harley filters are expensive, Fram is a good company have been using their filters for years with no problems.
