Hi guys, this is not a review of the content of the book, which I happen to really like. It has been republished as "winning the inner game" and is available on the net for $25. Plus it includes updated material.--Good luck

All joking aside, this book has powerful insight on how we operate and how we 'filter' life's experiences. It is a guide on how to manage our minds through the use of frame technology. Even though others have stated that the author re-iterates many of his key points, I personally have found that helpful in two regards: first, because I have ZERO past experience with NLP; second, it offers emphasis on key ideas/techniques that may have otherwise gone over my head. Frame Games has made learning myself practically fool-proof for me and offered simple, easy to copy techniques of "how-to" information. Put simply, this book can help you run your brain. It's actually not as complicated as I would have thought; it offers excercises on how to test your brain's referencing and how to change/adjust it if deemed appropriate by you. Even though I found it was an easy read, it did challenge my thinking by using meta-states that challenge my daily habituations. This book is powerful stuff, and if you think that you are your best investment then buy this book, it's gauranteed to stimulate you both your mind and very possibly your life!

I read this book in a flight across Australia, fuelled with ideas, and practical semantic stuff. Michael Hall does have his own terms and language, and does repeat himself a few times, even word for word in some paragraphs. But, brushing that aside, it is a new way of thinking, and conditioning your mind.
