Save your money go to the store and get some fencing.
Pinto Family
The bars are a set 4 feet, so it wasn't as adjustable as I hoped it would be (as my planter box is a square, and this is a 4x8 rectangle).

I'll have to replace the nylon netting with hardware cloth or something to keep the animals out.

This item was easy to assemble and install until you get to the last step. It says to nail the bottom of the fencing to your timbers with supplied nail/hooks. If you are using it on a Frame-It-All garden bed, there are no wood timbers. It's plastic and you can't nail into it. You can screw into it to attach the rails to the corner posts; but nailing will probably crack it. And if you don't fasten the bottom, rabbits will go under it. (I'm not so sure that rabbits won't chew through it, anyway). I got this mainly to keep my dogs out of the garden. The dogs take care of the rabbits. And groundhogs will climb over it. And one more thing. If you are going to use it, set it up as you set up your garden kit. It uses different rail posts and post caps, both with holes, to hold the fence posts.

This was easy to assemble, and looked good, but within a week something chewed a hole through the nylon netting and started eating my broccoli. I'll have to replace the nylon netting with hardware cloth or something to keep the animals out.

Yes, it's a bunch of tubes and a net.
Yes, you could hobble this together yourself, if you wanted to round up all the parts, and then cut and piece it all together.
this was all in one box, designed to all go together in 10 minutes.

In regards to some of the other posts...

It is not specifically designed for only the frame-it-all raised bed.
They do include the stakes to secure the frame if you have some other raised bed.
using their raised bed makes it easier.

Nailing the wire to the bed.
No you don't. At least not with the kit i got. They included 'U' shape staples you stick in the ground around the perimeter.
the net comes down to the ground, not to the top of the raised bed border. this prevents critters from getting under it.

Nylon net.
Not in mine. Mine was a vinyl coated wire mess.

won't keep the dogs out.
The kit can be extended by adding another net on top of this to increase the height 'for larger animals' as noted in the instructions.
if you have to go beyond that, put up a real perimeter fence.

It's not going to keep birds out.

It's not going to stop a cat or a squirrel from jumping over it.

The only complaints I have are,
1) the wire net is fold and you have to straighten it out and the kinks take a bit to get flat.
2) the ny-ties they provide for securing the net to the post need to be maybe an inch longer. They are pretty much just long enough to get around the post and require nibble fingers to get zipped.
pretty minor.

It's labeled as a 'small animal barrier'
My goal was to keep the stray passer-by cat or wabbit from getting into the garden.

Well I brought one back in April and loved it so I ORDERED another only to find they switched the fence from a fence material to a cloth string type which is cheap and any small animal can eat right thru not even talk about what time in the sun will do. They should have kept the original not going cheap with the improvement. Save your money go to the store and get some fencing.

Don't be put off by all the negative reviews. I really like this, its fairly easy to put together, and if you have the newer frame-it-all beds, you won't run into any problem with the posts fitting. Its designed to go on top of the corners of the frame it all, the stainless tubes slide in easily, but took me closer to half an hour to get my first one all set up and staked properly. The twist ties they give you are a joke! so tiny, that it was half the struggle. The frame itself took no more than 5 min to put together. But you have to twist tie the large section of wire to the frame, and remember to slide the velcro holders onto the two sides of the smaller net's tubes(one vertical and one horizontal, before you assemble it. This way its easy to temporarily undo the velcro to fold back the small section and access the bed. This is not included in the instructions at all. So very poor instructions, which was why I took off a star. I picked up extra sturdier twist ties for my other beds, and then it takes about 15 minutes to put together. The provided twist ties are a joke, so please keep some of your fav sturdier and larger ones on hand.

After attaching the plastic coated wire fence to the frame, you need to use the U shaped pins to stake the bottom perimeter to the earth in your bed. Because I have raised beds with fairly rich loose soil,This part seems flimsiest in terms of being a deterrent to a determined pet or bunny. Still since I have some stuff open for the bunnies, I am hoping they won't bother. If they do, I may get a staple gun and staple the net to the inside of the frame it all, but I am concerned about this undermining the plastic plank's long term viability.

Box open when received
Instructions poor
I may have missed this but I did not see these measurements anywhere in the advertising when I purchased it. It turns out it is for 4 foot OUTSIDE measurement. My box is 4 foot inside measurement so it is too short. I have to use it in another area.
