France Luxe makes beautiful, sometimes pricy hair ornaments and styling pieces. This is a bargin every-day hair pin, for less fancy days. It goes with everything and has the smooth quality we want to care for our hair at a reasonable price. I keep these handy for when I need to put my hair up quickly. Excellent!

Easy to use and looks nice. Plan on purchasing other colors, too. Would recommend others buy this productl

this is a good product, but I wish I had bought more. 2 is not enough to hold my hair and I don't have super long or thick hair.

These France Luxe hairpins are very well-made. They disappear into your hair and hold securely. I highly recommend them!

I have been looking for chignon pins for a long time. I lost the one I had and they are not sold in stores any more. I have think, wavy African American hair, that I like to wear up. These are strong and really hold my hair in place securly.

I wasn't sure how I would like the pin, so I bought one in tortoise and one in black. The tortoise color is nice, and doesn't look cheap; black is always a safe bet.

I have shoulder-length hair, which is fine and thick. I used a standard ponytail holder and used the two pins to create a messy bun. I would definitely recommend this product, and I plan on buying more of the pins in the black and tortoise colors. I would say you need 2-5 pins depending on how thick and long your hair is and how secure you like your bun to be.

I think these are definitely better than standard bobby pins, since they are sturdy and easy to reuse. They slid into my hair easily and it felt pretty secure. Sometimes with bobby pins, it hurts to pull them out and adjust them in your hair. I felt like these hair pins solved my bobby pin woes. There was a little tug, but that it to be expected. I felt is was much easier to adjust.

This is a fabulous product. Being clear it dissapears into my grey hair. Its a little bit slippery but still holds fairly well.

This product would actually be great if it was just a tad longer OR if you had only 3 inches of hair! For ladies with more than 6 inches of hair you would definately need more than just one of these. I have about 8 inches of medium thickness hair and I would definately need atleast 3 of these to hold my hair in place.

I like this hair pin better than the small metal ones usually sold in stores. This one holds my hair and is not too tight. I usually use it when I make a bun (to pin the ends in) and for various other styles. Plastic hair accessories are better for the hair than the metal ones which is why I tried this one and I'm happy. I bought a few more. I have 4A hair.
