waiting for a replacement FF. First one leaked excessive amount of water around the brewhead only when the ese pods were in place. Called illy and they said to return it. I am going to give the product one more try.

There isn't much to say - the product we received had a large water leak at the brewhead and was returned. It's disappointing that this condition wasn't caught by the manufacturer.
