Machine didn't even turn on.,

My previous Francis Francis machine was a dream. I used it for 10 years, until the pump just gave out. After much research, I decided to purchase this new FF machine. When I unboxed the new machine and plugged it in to the electric outlet ... nothing. The $600.00 espresso machine would not even turn on. So disappointed. I now have a new Nespresso machine($349) with frother. I absolutely love it!
