Those came in broken, as well.

These cups look nice, have a good feel, and are just the right size for my coffee maker-large enough for a decent cup and not too big to fit the machine.

These are good quality and nice looking mugs.

These cups are absolutely fantastic. They are the perfect size for us....not like the huge fish bowl cups, or the "regular" tiny cups that are normally acquired with dish sets. We have a keurig, and we like to get the best bang for our buck out of the kcups. I find that if put on the largest cup setting, the coffee comes out a bit weak...when put on the smallest or next size up from that it comes out a bit too strong. These cups are perfect for the next to last setting, which in my opinion brews the perfect cup of joe from the keurig. It doesn't fill it up to the brim, leaves just enough room for cream and sugar (should you like that), and they're absolutely lovely! We have owned several coffee cups (as I have a bit of a coffee cup addiction), but now all we tend to use are these cups (us/we being my husband and I). They're also great for using when entertaining as they're all different colors, so you don't have to worry about who's coffee is who's. The colors are beautiful and the flower designs are very classy....I recommend these cups SO HARD to anyone who appreciates a good, adorable, classy, convenient, and affordable set of coffee cups.

I suppose they'd be good for tea and hot chocolate as well, but LONG LIVE COFFEE!!!

Received the mugs today, (Tea Enthusiast) and the blue mug has a chip taken out on the rim right next to the handle. I looked all in the packing and there wasn't a chip to be found. It had to have happened before packing since it was well packed. The mugs were in a cardboard box with inserts between the mugs and bubble wrap around the cardboard box. It was then packed into a box, which was packed into another box. In all 2 boxes, the bubble wrap and the cardboard the mugs came in, there wasn't a chip. Am I going to send this whole set back to wait for another set and it may have problems? I think I'll just keep this set and throw that mug out or plant something in it or maybe a change holder.

As for the mugs: They look okay. I would give it as a gift. The words are indented/stamped into the ceramic of the mugs before baking and then painted. I didn't see any runs or drips or bad painting like others have. It seems to me that these mugs may come from different places and some make it through quality inspection and others don't. The colors are bright, clean and look nice together, a shine on the glaze. I haven't measured how much they hold but it seems to be a good size for a cappuccino or latte - I would say the 14oz they state. I'll measure them tomorrow and if they aren't 14oz I'll correct this review.

I paid just under 20 dollars for 6 mugs so I'll just bite the cost of the chipped one, I guess. :( Just wish the quality control was better since so many have gotten bad ones. They would be very nice for a gift IF you received them without chips or problems with the paint.

Jan 3, 2013: I played around with the chipped mug and this is what I've learned.

I had purchased the set of 6 jumbo mugs with the "daisy" design, and was very pleased with the quality of detail the manufacturer put into the making of the set. It may be difficult to tell from the picture, but the flowers are not simply painted on, but etched/engraved into the ceramic. For a set of 6 the price is a real value. You can find sets of 4 all over amazon for the same price. I really hope amazon doesnt raise the price as I intend on purchasing some more for family members and friends.

Broken. Very upsetting. This item came with a broken cup. It was packaged poorly I am incredible disappointed. I would like to be contacted back but do not even know where to turn. I only want to replace one cup.

Fantastic cups at a great price! I was searching for white ceramic mugs to decorate as Christmas gifts. But one mug at Target was $3.50 and other sets were expensive on here. I figured $15.80 was a better deal for a set of 6 cups.

At first, I was worried about the packaging after reading negative reviews of damages. But I tried my luck and it paid off. First off, I think packaging has improved, (amazon shipping folks must have noticed the reviews). I even posted a picture. Cups were triple boxed (might be because I ordered other items), and seemed tightly secured within their sectioned- off spaces, and had plenty of bubble padding. Happily, none of my cups were chipped or damaged. All six were delivered perfectly intact, just like the image. They came in soft pastel colors- yellow, pink, orange, green, purple, and blue (lavender). The daisy design is elegantly engraved and flows near the handle. There is only one daisy, the backside was blank, which was perfect for my gifting projects. Cups weigh about 12.16 oz (I was curious and nerdy enough to weigh it on my kitchen scale). It has a nice glaze finish. Admittedly, the cups were not as tall as I want them to be (hence 4 stars). But what they lack in height, they make up in depth and width, making them perfect for slurping cereal or soup on the go.

But the reason why I love these cups is because they survived my experimental project. I bought special markers (Pebeo Porcelaine 150 China Paint Bullet Tip Marker, Anthracite Black) to decorate these cups. I left them to dry out for 24 hours, Then bake them at 350F for 30mins. I was worried sick they will burn, melt, or crack in the heat!!! but they didn't!! Yay my christmas gifts came out perfectly. Unfortunately my art skills didn't, thus no shameful pictures.
