Lovely,
By George Buttner "Agent0042" (Dayton, Ohio United States) - See all my reviews (VINE VOICE) (REAL NAME)
This review is from: Franklin #29: Franklin Says "i Love You" (Paperback)
"Franklin Says I Love You" is one of the final releases of the original "Franklin" books by Paulette Bourgeois and Brenda Clark and it's definitely one of the sweetest. This book is about Franklin searching for the perfect gift for his Mom's birthday.
Franklin loves his Mom. She plays catch with him and reads him two stories every night before bed, even when she's tired. So Franklin really wants to do something special for his Mom. You'll admire the sweetness of this story as Franklin finds the best gift of all. The illustrations are brightly colored and richly detailed. Almost all are full-page.

*****My 2 year old daughter can't sleep without hearing this book before bedtime! It was my eldest book, and this book has sparked her interest in Franklin so much that we own almost all of them now. It is a great story and at the end when Franklin tells his mother he loves her she tells me she loves me too. I would reccomend this book to anyone. I enjoy it as much as she does. You have got to check this book out!*****
