I bought this as a birthday gift for my mom. I was so excited for her. She was so happy when I gave it to her on her birthday, October 18. Well, so much for that happiness. Today is November 6,2010, I am still waitng for a refund on the product. The Electronic Bible had a line running through it right through the middle of the screen! I called the manufacturer ,they stated it was missing pixels! I returned it to oksuperstore...still waiting for refund!
Very unsatisfied..and my mom is still without a birthday gift..how embarrasing!
