I am so glad someone recommended this to me for trim work. I've been using another brand of carpenter's glue forever. It's been fine, but not like this. What makes this so great is its thickness. It will not run. It stays where you put it. Plus, it forms a strong bond quickly, at least on the paint grade mouldings on which I've used it so far. You have enough time to work with it and get pieces in place. Highly recommended.

I also recommend Collins miter clamps (available on Amazon) to hold those pieces in place while the glue dries. With these two, and some carpentry skills, you'll get nice and tight miters.

This works just like any standard polyvinyl acetate (PVA) wood glue. The difference is in the viscosity of the glue. This is thick enough to stay on an edge. It allows you to use the amount of glue you really want, without having to worry about it dripping before you spread it out. While I don't use it as much as my Titebond II or III, it is nice to have a small bottle around for certain tasks.

First time using this moulding glue and was suprised how nice it is in situations where you need the glue to stick right away but also be able to reposition a piece if needed. Dries fast once you let it set.

I've worked with pianos for over 30 years. Until this molding & trim glue was introduced, we used standard wood glues for piano repairs, which meant long set times, and it slowed the work tremendously. Titebond Molding & Trim wood glue has been the best thing to happen to piano repairers, rebuilders and restorers since the invention of the tuning fork!

My dad helped my nephew with a school craft project last fall, and I let him borrow my bottle of Molding & Trim glue, because he had been holding dowels and toothpicks with standard wood glue until they set. He called me and asked where he could get a bottle of the stuff, raving about how much it sped up the process.

At first we could find it at Lowe's, Home Depot, etc., but they discontinued carrying it a few years back. I was worried Titebond had discontinued the product, but am elated to find it still available. I just wish it was a little more convenient than waiting a week. While my dad was borrowing my bottle, I ran into a repair where I needed my glue but couldn't find it locally and had to resort to conventional wood glue.

I'm ordering two bottles (one for my dad) so that I don't have that problem again!

I use this stuff all of the time to build custom frames for my daughter's painting. I used to get it at Lowe's, but Lowe's apparently has quit carrying it in lieu of cheaper versions of Tiebond wood glue which are runny and much harder to work with. But, I can't recommend the Tiebond moulding and trim no runs and drips wood glue highly enough. It is a pleasure.

Titebond wood glue is the best wood glue I've found. This version is very thick and does not drip or run. Sets up a lot faster than other titebonds. Great for molding. Put it on and hold it in place for a minute and it's in place. Wait awhile before stressing the bond. Highly recommend.

usually titebond 3 is my go to glue but for interior trim work this cant be beat, its a really thick formula that doesn't drip or run. just watch that you remove all the glue that squeezes out because its very tuff to sand once its set up

A buddy of mine that does a lot of carpentry work and crown molding swears by this stuff and couldn,t find it a Lowes or Home Depot. Great glue sets very fast and saves a lot of time.
