My 6 year old T-baller loves this and can play on his own with it-so I love it as well!

Low Quality
My biggest issue was that the ball didn't pop from the structure like it should have. That being said, it was only good for the child to hit the ball that was place (by you) on the tee.

I'm trying to keep in mind that this is a plastic toy that cost less than $20, and that my expectations should be held in line with that. It's really kind of flimsy. I purchased this for my 5-year-old nephew for Christmas and he really seemed to enjoy it. We spent the rest of that afternoon playing with it. However, I have a huge complaint in that the telescoping bat just would not stay extended, no matter how much force we used to extend it. We did not try the pop-up function. I think had I known better, I would have purchased the Little Tikes TotSports T-Ball Set instead because the brand is known for durability. As it is, my overall score is based on how much I think my nephew likes it and will play with it, which is fairly often. And my niece enjoyed it as well.
